Everything you buy on artisaruba.com is packed by us at ArtisA Gallery in San Nicolas, Aruba, and shipped from here. No warehouse, no drop-shipping: the same hands that hung the work on the wall wrap it for you. You get an email with the tracking number the moment it leaves the island.
Pick up for free at ArtisA Gallery (B v/d Veen Zeppenfeldstraat 6, San Nicolas, Mon–Sat 9 am–5 pm), at Space21 San Nicolas or at Space21 Playa in Oranjestad. Your order is ready the next working day; we email you when it is.
Island delivery: $25 per order, free on orders over $200. We bring it to your door anywhere on the island and agree a time with you by WhatsApp or email.
Art supplies and a few fragile pieces are marked Aruba only on their page: those are for pick-up or island delivery and are not shipped abroad.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the Netherlands and the rest of the world. The shipping cost of each work is shown on the work’s own page and again in the cart before you pay; it depends on the size and weight of the piece and is the same for every country. Prices on the site are in US dollars.
We pack every work ourselves, with the same care it had on our wall, and we tell you by email when it has left and how to follow it.
Customs duties and import taxes, where your country charges them, are paid by you on arrival; they are not included in the price or the shipping cost. Aruba is not part of the European Union, so a work shipped to the Netherlands or another EU country is an import.
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Aruba’s 5% turnover tax is added at checkout on the order total.
