When Prime Minister Mike Eman asked Tito Bolivar, director of ArtisA, to produce a mural honoring Julio Euson, Aruba’s first international singer, the brief quickly grew into a larger cultural opportunity. Tito saw the site at Chocolate City Bar in San Nicolas as more than a single painting – it needed physical changes, an exhibition space, and a production that would document the creative process. ArtisA accepted the commission from the Aruban Government and set out to transform the wall and the venue into a lasting tribute.
