Elisa Lejuez

Elisa Lejuez is a celebrated Caribbean artist whose bold and dynamic work bridges fine art and design. Born on April 15, 1973, and based in Aruba since 1999, Elisa is known for her vibrant Neo-Pop aesthetic—an expressive fusion of bright colors, layered symbolism, mixed-media textures, and silkscreen techniques. With a Master of Fine Arts from ArtEZ in Arnhem, The Netherlands (1995), Elisa brings deep technical skill and fearless experimentation to every piece. Her creative practice extends beyond painting into textile and fashion design, bookmaking, and immersive large-scale installations. Across disciplines, Elisa’s work pulses with energy, cultural echoes, and a clear sense of identity. Her canvases speak a visual language that is both contemporary and deeply rooted—connecting color, memory, and material in ways that are uniquely her own.
