BORN IN THE NETHERLANDS, LIVING AND WORKING IN ARUBA.
Biography
Ad studied to become a teacher and then an arts and culture teacher. Followed courses at the art academy in Utrecht and Rotterdam. Ad came to Aruba in 1999 and worked there as a CKV teacher in secondary education. He exhibited in several galleries and participated in the Aruba Art fair from the start.
Ad works with acrylic paint on canvas and wood and he also makes 3D installations. Much of the work is in black and white.
Without it, the colors are exuberant!
